We are committed to our audiences’ rights to privacy. We promise to share transparently all aspects of how Embrase’s website works in regards to privacy, terms, and personal data, and we are in full support of efforts to ensure your protection online.

We also collect data relating to your visit to our Websites. This information may include your IP address, the date, time and duration of your visits, as well as the web pages you visited.
Our website, like most other commercial websites, also uses cookies. GDPR Compliance
The European Union’s General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) took effect May 25th, 2018 and we are fully behind the spirit of these regulations for a safe and secure Internet. We aspire to embrace privacy by design and, whenever possible, to not collect and store personally-identifiable information (PII). Our Privacy Policy contains mentions of the few instances where personally-identifiable information is required. Notably, this includes the information people share with us during the registration process, and in order to deliver opt-in email information related to our events.
Overall, we aim for privacy by default: If data collection is not integral to bettering the experience of Embrase, then we won’t collect it. Absolutely no personally-identifiable information is shared with any partner, sponsor, or third party, unless clearly stated. In every case where data is shared with third-party organizations, those individuals have accepted the sharing of their information through an opt-in process. In the case where opt-in has been granted for the sharing of information, it is up to the third party to assure they adhere to all legal standards of data privacy. They are also obliged to confirm opt-in preferences with all individuals the first time they communicate with them, and allow the individual to opt out at all times.
